Manjurul Alam Mazumder is working as an Assistant Professor(Finance) at the Department of Business Administration, International Islamic University Chittagong. He Obtained his BBA(Finance & Banking) and MBA(Finance) and M Phil(Finance) From the Department of Finance ,University of Chittagong, Bangladesh. He has achieved outstanding grades and scholarship throughout all of his education level. His research interest includes Corporate Finance and Corporate Governance and Financial Restructuring .More than fifteen of his research articles have been published in internationally reputed academic journals including SCOPUS Indexed journals. He has also participated and presented papers in two international conferences. Also, he has attended in many national seminars and training Programs.
