Dr. Md. Shariful Haque is an Associate Professor of Marketing. He is currently working in the Dept. of Economics & Banking at International Islamic University Chittagong (IIUC).
Dr. Haque has done BBA, and MBA from IIUC; and Ph.D. from Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP), Malaysia. His area of research is Green or Sustainable Consumption Behavior. Besides teaching, Dr. Haque has significant contributions in research and publications. He is the Director Communication of Center for Research on Islamic Management & Business (CRIMB). He has authored one text book the title of which is ‘Principles of Marketing – Conventional and Islamic Approach’ which has been published by Bangladesh Chapter of International Institute of Islamic Thought (IIIT), Virginia, USA. Dr. Haque is the Executive editor of a reputed Journal named International Journal of Ethics in Social Sciences (IJESS).
He has authored around 30 research papers which have been published from USA, Australia, and Bangladesh. He has worked as a reviewer of Emerald Journals. Dr. Haque has attended in many national and international conferences and training sessions in home and abroad. He has done training and workshop at AIMST University, and IIUM in Malaysia, and IBA in Bangladesh.
